Flies and instruments every airframe before it leaves the bench — thrust, vibration and link-margin logging, then the sign-off flight itself.
Careers
Most of the people who work here fly, solder or both. If you would rather design a part than describe one, this is probably the right shop.
Roles sit close to the aircraft. Firmware engineers tune the airframes they write code for. Field engineers who run camp workshops are the same people who built what the unit receives. There is very little distance here between a decision and its consequence.

Firmware Engineer, Flight Stack
Owns the ArduPilot and PX4 builds shared across the range, including the dual-redundant, anti-jam GNSS stack on the Shivnetra 2.0.
Field Support Engineer, Army Programmes
Runs camp workshops on-site with army and paramilitary units — travel-heavy, hands-on, and the first person a unit calls when something breaks.
How hiring works

- A technical conversation with the team you would join, on the bench or over the specification
- A flight day or a workshop day, alongside the people you would work with
- Offer, usually within a week of the workshop day
